Defending champions Bangladesh open their SAFF U-19 Women’s Championship 2024 campaign against Nepal as the tournament gets underway at the Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Dhaka.

Bangladesh face Nepal in the second match of the day after India entertain Bhutan in the opening match of the tournament.

The tournament feature four teams – Bhutan, Bangladesh, India and Nepal – and will be played in a round robin format with the top two teams after the league round facing each other in the finals.

In the 2021 edition of the championship, Bangladesh had defeated India 1-0 to claim the tile.
